Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SystemIQ Africa ("SystemIQ", "we", "our", or "us"), operated by Logic In Stilettos. By accessing or using SystemIQ Africa, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Permitted Use

SystemIQ Africa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your internal business purposes. You may use simulation outputs, reports, and analyses for your own decision-making.

2. Prohibited Use

You may not, directly or indirectly:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or methodology of SystemIQ Africa
• Copy, reproduce, or replicate any part of the SystemIQ Africa platform, including its simulation engine, scoring framework, governance model, or sector intelligence methodology
• Use automated tools, scrapers, bots, or scripts to extract data or replicate functionality
• Build a competing product or service using SystemIQ Africa's methodology, data structure, or outputs
• Share, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or commercially exploit the platform without written consent
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, watermarks, or attribution on outputs
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation

3. Intellectual Property

SystemIQ Africa and all its components, including but not limited to the Monte Carlo simulation engine, Cross-Border Expansion Score (CBES) framework, governance calibration methodology, sector intelligence scoring system, decision scoring architecture, and all associated algorithms are the exclusive intellectual property of Logic In Stilettos.

All outputs generated by SystemIQ Africa remain the intellectual property of SystemIQ Africa. You are granted a licence to use outputs for internal business purposes only.

4. Confidentiality

SystemIQ Africa's methodology, data sources, calibration parameters, and scoring frameworks constitute confidential information. You agree not to disclose, publish, or distribute this information to third parties without prior written consent.

5. Data & Privacy

We collect your email address and simulation data to provide the service and send reports. We do not sell your data to third parties. Simulation data is stored securely and retained for 30 days after trial expiry or as long as your subscription is active.

6. Trial & Subscription

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Scale (annual) subscriptions are non-refundable after 10 days of activation. Enterprise (monthly) subscriptions may be cancelled with 14 days notice.

7. Disclaimer

SystemIQ Africa is a decision-support tool. All simulation outputs are probabilistic estimates based on historical and current data. Nothing in SystemIQ Africa constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made using SystemIQ Africa outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SystemIQ Africa and Logic In Stilettos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California, USA.
